Hi Blair, I had a pleasure to study not so far away from Przasnysz - in Pultusk. Przsnysz is rather small and poor town. Population there- 17.823.

The hotel you are gonna stay belong to Polish army. I believe Polish soldiers have some kind of base in Przasnysz. Internet cafe are not that popular in small towns but hopefully they will have some internet connection in Hotel. For sure they have one cinema:)

When you'll have a chance please visit Pultusk- it's called polish Venice. It's really pretty, small old town with amazing castle and longest Market in Europe. One of the Napoleon's battles took a place in Pultusk.

I don't think so it will be very difficult to get vegetarian meals as vegetarianism is very popular in Poland now.

In case you'll need anything or will have more questions- please let me know.

Good luck!

Life / Indian moved to Poland [532]

Anshorya Welcome in Poland! That's the way how it's here- small salaries, high prices. Better get use to it and like real Polish try to connect your money with polish reality. My fiance is from New Delhi and he was also not nicely surprised with polish prices when first time came here around 1 year ago.

All the best for you and your family!
