According to some of the ads we get on here 2000PLN for 15 M2 and only 15 minutes from the city centre (not a guarantee) seems to be the going rate.

I am planning to buy a house in a small Polish village for a price the poor Poles cannot afford and when I live there, I will remind them of that fact every bloody day.

That's as good a reason as any to by a house.

You also need to factor in 'sponsors' (older men who give young ladies 'gifts' and in exchange get sex).

Agreed, it is not as clear cut as that, some people marry for the same reason.

One survey I read recently said that more than ten percent of female Polish university students exchange sex for money.

How does that compare to other countries?

I don't think prostitution is a bigger problem here in Poland than in most other European countries.
