Language / On jest taki kochany - Polish proverb or saying? [11]

hi all!!

i went to krakow 7 months ago and met this really cool polish guy. its his birthday soon and i want to send him a nice card. i asked a friend how i could say 'dear/beloved' but in a funny kind of way, to make it sound a bit old fashioned. i think she told me i could use KOCHANA but maybe it was KOCHANY or KOCHANIE -- she tried to explain the different endings to me but they really confuse me :-))) so if a girl wants to use this word to a guy, is KOCHANA correct? cenkuye in advance :-D

cenkuye bardzo zetta!! i was a bit worried cos i realized i posted in the wrong forum...

also could you or someone else perhaps translate: dojezdzamy do yorkia. wizyta cool, jestem dumna z Ciebie jak sie zachowalas, kocham Cie.

its a text message i got from a friend who seems to think i can speak polish...
