UK, Ireland / Can I join the British Royal Marines if I"m a Polish citizen? [17]

Hey, i have been thinking about joining british royal marines for some time now but i am concerned about my nationality, i live in UK for 3 years but i havent filled any residency forms or anything like that. So can i join royal marines with polish nationality? if not what would i have to do to be able to join?
