Food / Looking for a recipe for a Polish poppy seed strudel/cake (makowiec) [15]

The kind we have been buying is labeled strudel or cake on the label. It is a sweet bread/cake and has a big cavity full of poppy seed or poppy seed/walnut filling. It looks like the filling was spread on the dough and then rolled togeher leaving a crescent shaped area with the filling. Some look like they might have been baked in a loaf pan and others like a tube. Am I making any sense? :)

Something like this although most I get have more cake/bread type area

Thank you very much Olasz and everybody.
I like food in general so anything will be something fun to try, and sweet cake and bread is like candy to me --- that looks perfect. I'll check for the masa makowa next week. The grocery/meat store I go to , most of the employees don't speak english so it is next to impossible for me to try and explain, or ask questions. :)
