Love / Dilemma, Flight School or beautiful polish women????? [19]

Well this is my first post so here it goes...

I am a law student in my last year, 22 and I am a black British. i also live in England Mnachester. I have been with my girlfriend for almost a year now and she is stunning and makes me happy, she is also 4yrs older than me and need i say shes polish.

Dilemma - I first wanted to train to be a lawyer, hence being at law school, however, after plenty of work placements i had a change of heart. i could not envisage being stuck in an office 9-5.

so i am considering embarking on a flight course and train to become a commercial pilot.
The problem is that i will have to train for 18 months in Oxford, 6 of which will be in Arizona America.

As you can see, it would mean leaving her, something that i really, really do not want to do because i am so happy with her to the extent that i might be falling in love with her.

The relationship is quite tentative if that makes sense, reasons being - Age (4yrs older), clearly issues with color, which she does not see as a problem, but a cannot deny the fact that her friends or others may see as a problem back in Poland.

Assistat, advice in any way would be great.

cheers, Ez

Love / Dilemma, Flight School or beautiful polish women????? [19]

Not of yet, i have my medical 1 on the 19th and if i pass that i shall be applying to Oxford Aviation Academy. I do not have a sponsor.

It is very expensive but it would be a worthwhile investment if the economy picks up and no more airlines close down

i do need to be sure of this as i mentioned it is very expensive career to get into, but i do not wish to leave my gf

Gosiaa- i shall do when she gets back from Poland. she went for 11 days as she did not get to see her family over the festive season. i wanted to go but uni has me drowning in work.

i' ve even considered applying to Wizzair, thus, does anyone know of the salarty for a pilot working for Wizzair ...... i think i have just found my next post question. haha.

everyone thanks for the replies.

is there really that much difference between an office and a cockpit? seems cockpit may be more constraining, no?

good point, however, i have been many places by plane and there is nothing better than breaking through clouds coloured orange, red and pink. its fantastic. a view i would certainly want to look at for the rest of my life. Furthermore, tedious contract drafting, opinion writing, and constant reading of old authorities, sat in front of a computer, is beaten by visiting various destinations, tranquil and scenic views any day of the week. lol

If you want to be a pilot you won't see her all the time either. Especially if you want to make any real money you will be away for days at a time often.

yes something that we have talked of breifly and has brought doubts to mind, hence my dilemma. i so really want both.

the latter is merely an ordeal and fast-track to hair loss

Haha, i like that figurative of speech. However, John P has good point, i would love to have both.

As the saying goes: plenty of fish in the sea - it is true but i need not look now as i think i have found a decent woman.

I will see how it goes, but it is almost certain i am going to start training as i have passed my medical and been accepted to flight school, whoop!!!

Hilarious, no i am not. born and bred in England.

Now that i have been accepted i will need to sit with her and discuss our options.

Flight school is a career investment

true and i hope it is a very good one at that for the amount i am investing lol.

thanks for the comments everyone.

Love / HOW CAN POLISH WOMEN KEEP A BLACK MAN? [84]

If this approach isnt successful perhaps you could start dropping some street-slang into the conversation occasionally, HuggyBear style. I'm sure he'd appreciate the effort.

Haha that's funny. Although, i am sure i wouldn't appreciate it, i would think what an absolute moron.

In answer to the question, every guy is different and has has nothing to do with being black.

If he really likes you he will want to stay with you, simple as that.

Love / HOW CAN POLISH WOMEN KEEP A BLACK MAN? [84]

When I say "nigga" I don't mean the color but I associate this with the way many of them behave.

I understand what you mean but i disapprove of the word being used in any context, shows a lack of vocabulary, not that i am a stickler for standard English and grammar.

In regards to your predicament, educate her! What i mean by this is that you are a male and i like to think use males have a sixth sense to seek out good women from bad woman, instill this sixth sense in her. Frankly, it has nothing to do with being black, she just cannot see that she is with a lackadaisical and rude man - NOTE - Omission of 'Black'.

If i was in your situation i would be having words with my daughter and with her boyfriend. If she still decides to stay with him and he has not changed then help him. By helping him you may gain more respect from him and i am sure your daughter would love for this to happen.

Judging by the way you write your posts I can see why you date blacks.

Judging from what you wrote in this post, you are a moron. Although, if you were merely genralising then no you are not, however, 'Genralisation is poor Communication'. A quote from a wise professor that i feel indebted to. :)

Yeah It might be hard, especially in the night, flashlight might be helpfull

Haha -original.

Love / HOW CAN POLISH WOMEN KEEP A BLACK MAN? [84]

This has to be the most disgusting thread that I ever saw on PF. What is wrong with the blacks not taking their problems to a black forum? They bitch about white people, but yet they try to mingle with them. They can take their white hoes with them.

HA! Another moron i have spotted on this site. Since when was this a 'white forum'??? Furthermore, since when was FOXYLICIOUS known to be black? One can assume she is white, in which case your statement is even more idiotic, however, nothing to indicate that she is black or even white for that matter. But since you are a moron, i wouldn't expect you to know any better.

Also if you are so offended then don't come back, simple as 1,2,3 :)

ebonics.

I smile every time i see this word. How on earth did this become a word, i suppose anyone can make words up these days, just get enough people to use it.

i might make one up myself one day, ebonics? What a waste of space in the dictionary.

They cant they always walk away/run away from their responsibilities!!!

Do they, all blacks i doubt that very much??? My father did not do such a thing. As i said before, 'generalisation is poor communication'.
