UK, Ireland / What is the cheapest way to move house contents from Dublin to Warsaw? [6]

Hi, im moving to warsaw next year from Dublin with my polish wife and 2 kids and i was woundering if any of you guys did the same and if so what was/is the best and cheapest way to get your stuff eg house contents,transported over there?
