USA, Canada / How to get american papers after visa expired ???!!! [55]

I'm currently will be attending college,
I'm here with no papers, i came to the u.s.a with my parents when i was young,
my visa is expired is there anyway to renew your visa and apply for citizenship?
or someway to get papers without getting married to a u.s citizen?
