this obviously has nothing to do with her being polish. love is blind. how true that saying is. you need to try and evaluate your situation from an outside perspective. i know you're probably still in love with her which makes leaving her easier said than done, but honestly, just think about how she treats you. she's manipulating you. you don't deserve to be in an abusive relationship. you seem like a nice, thoughtful guy. she's taking advantage of that.

beer generally being stronger than abroad. hooligans. and some of the old folks. what is it with them? once i got shouted at by an old lady for not wearing a scarf, once i fell victim to some old guy walking in front of me who spat and it landed directly on my trousers. he wouldn't even apologize. they also tend to give me the evil eye a lot. can certainly make you a bit paranoid at times.

that is exactly it. she'll never stop treating you like dirt. same goes for her mini-me. just force yourself to walk away ASAP and your heart will catch up with your mind soon enough. what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. ;)

i always thought peoples personality mattered more than their nationality. i guess it's not enough that i'm one of the only female 'expats' i know living in PL. i'm also half german. reading all these 'are germans gonna pay for ww2' and '25% of poles hate germans' posts are somewhat depressing. i suppose i shouldn't give a ****. people who hate germans, or any nationality for that matter, are close minded in my opinion.
