Actually all over the world people who are at IT Business make good money....

But IT Business is very wide category... Actually I can say that WebDesign Business is going down because of many many people doing some silly websites for stupid prices at home... and its making webdesign business to loose its respect!

That's why I'm curious about this WebDesign Business in Poland.

A Web Designer just starting out should make at least PLN3,000.00 (€884.91 or US$1,394.16). A top Web Designer may get as much as PLN12,000.00 (€3,539.64 or US$5,576.64). The average is PLN6,000.00 (€1,769.82 or US$2,788.32).

what do you think about this?

yes, actually i thought that 3000 is exaggerated a bit :)
so the amounts you write is sensible....

what do you think about the possiblity of finding job with no polish?

ps can you say that 1500-2000 is enough to afford an a bit over-avarage life in poland? or will be enough to live hardly?

As long as staffs know english, i think that it will not have problems bcause of i dont know polish... and I will learn polish as soon as possible anyway :)

I know it is difficult to say that any salary amount before see the refenrces,skills,bla bla... Actually what I wanted to know was; can a web dsigner who works for an avarage company afford his life? or has to look for extra jobs? And as I see from your answers, a web designer earns enough to afford an avarage lifed or better :)

Time will show what kind of job and life I will have in poland :)

Ps, I hate of big metropols actually, and I want to live in Gdansk.. But I have no idea about webdesign business in Gdansk, it is not very big city I know and can not comperable with Warsaw. Do you have any idea about Gdansk?

they f... ask me create a 4 digit code for login. than they ask me to create another 6 digit code for pass, than they ask 16 digit password at login!! what the f... this 16 digit now?!?!! you didnt want me to create such thing and now you asking that!!

i have never seen such silly bannking in my life! I dealed with USA, Turkish, British banks with no problem, with a very easy going... but these ******* polish banks are just holly making mad!!!!!!!! im really tired! I cant run my business only cos of such stupid problems!!

i heard that so many times for different situations that polish people are just lack of trust matter! i was going to buy sth from allegro, and the seller told me few stories that almost no polish person feel okay send money online before see the item (s)he buys... so they generally prefer at door payment after they see the product in real!

i understand for some people who is not well educated and worry about internet transfering etc... but how come such mentality can be seen at almost all polish people as a member of developed EU member country? i dont know!

dont get me wrong guys, i dont mean any bad about polish guys. Im married with a beautiful polish girl and all my friends are polish and i love them. but sth making me feel shocked!

I just moved this place, and trying to build a life, thats why my expenses are high for a while... ps, i dont know, but in this country money just flies... I dont understand well too.

my colleagues makes ~1500-2000 and they have family to look after, and they are managing well with such money. so it is possible to live of course....

yes i heard much about intelligo with paypal. i think it is the way i will go. i think it is all online, there is no office. and i need to apply online, ps, i dont speak polish. i guess they will call me to confirm for details, etc... would it be problem? do they have eng version at online banking?

"nice life" means what for you? going to cinema few times in a month, and few times restaurant for dinner in a month... if so, yes 3000zl is enough for nice life.

i dont think it is nice life. if you want to name life here like nice, you should make at least 5000zl net. i dont speak about big cities like warsaw. in such big cities at least 7000zl you need.
