there should be restrictions when it comes to property market

there are restrictions... huge ones that make the property buying process very difficult for non-poles... but only for another couple of years... mmwwwuhhhhaaahhaaa

Quoting: FISZ
Kefir is a cultured, enzyme-rich food filled with friendly micro-organisms that help balance your "inner ecosystem." More nutritious and therapeutic than yogurt, it supplies complete protein, essential minerals, and valuable B vitamins.

Real Estate / Foreigners: Please don't buy Polish Land! [823]

what area

prices are soaring all over the 3M - i am now focussing attention on surrounding areas/cities where they have yet to catch up

there are different markets - new build, what is advertised by agents thru websites etc and what is being privately sold where you have to be on the ground to get the bargains... which calls for contacts and a local...

Life / Polish denial of reality - is it a national trade? [117]

i know life can be very difficult in poland LS and i really dont mean to argue with you about this... i know how hard people are working just to keep afloat...

We need to work harder

i dont think you do mate... if poles have a reputation in the uk for anything its for being hard workers... dont work too hard LS... its a waste of life... :)

its not my intention to preach anymore than i usually do, and i dont want to pretend i have the answers... but what i do have is a different perspective on the world of capitalism that poland has found itself in... for less than a generation... than some on this site seem to

i am quite comfortable holding my hand up to say i come to poland to make money... strewth...a man's gotta survive... and if i see an opportunity i will take it... but i am not there to cheat people, i drive a hard bargain but i pay a fair price... where possible i work with people i know and my partner and his family are close friends... theres not a lot of exploitation going on really, except i buy more drinks than anyone else... which on refl;ection is always my idea

so what i am still trying to say as i so often do is that poland has entered a different, new world of existance in the very recent past... one that much of europe, especially the uk, has been living in for a hell of a lot longer... your life is difficult and so is ours, but if you are prepared to work hard, and you know what youre doing, there is a world of opportunity waiting for you... but dont work too hard... coz all work and no play make piotr a dull boy...

we want to manage ourselves in Poland... and have the country as a whole... have property too....

great! carry on :)

i write a lot of drivvel at times in case people hadnt noticed...

For most of Poles a person, who is not complaing 20 times a day is weired.

Grzeg knows what hes talking about...

Life / Poverty in Poland [50]

not sure of the context of the quote LS...

... how well do i know poland... how long was that piece of string again...? ive lived and worked there for a number of years over a greater number of years... dunno... where did that string get to...?

one of the main differences seems to be the way poland is looked at... as a brit i am looking at poland as a land of opportunity... for me it has little to do with the supposed poverty in poland... because there are a lot of poles with a lot of money who desperately want to spend it...

IMO poland is a land of opportunity, the entrepreneures' paradise... everywhere i look i see gaps in the market that are crying out to be filled... my concern is that so many poles, young and old alike, dont see this... wooosh... over their heads... they would rather leave their country and make a few fast schekles elsewhere...

i like to believe that poland is a country with a great future... would be nice if this was built by poles rather than outsiders...

whilst im on a rant...

i see opportunities... i share these opportunities with my friends... i offer to finance and guide them... what more do you suggest i do... fuk!!!!

Real Estate / Foreigners: Please don't buy Polish Land! [823]

You haven't got your hand off it since you have been on this forum BubbaWoo

They say, give yourself a chance and don't let life pass you by.
But the world around you is a rat race.
Where only the strong survive.

whingers dont really get anywhere in life mate... they end up feelin shafted by someone else because they didnt have the guts to live a little... as i have said here countless times, poland has entered a new reality where the rules of the game are different... dont moan if you dont understand the rules - learn the game and then play it... thats what makes the difference between a winner and a loser... you create your own luck...

The reality is that the average people in Poland are worst off when people from overseas take over Poland and its real estate,

every country in europe has a gripe like this... its the reality we live in... deal with... i mean, lets face it, following your line of thought i could say that poles in england are taking our jobs and they should fuk off home to their own country... but i realise thats a pretty stoopid thing to say...

I don't think you and your other mates on the forum are in that league, sorry buddy

thanks for the input... dont think i have claimed to be in any league other than the one i am...

if you make 100,000zl thats peanuts..

yeah... not worth the effort...

Understand Polish people don't like being taken for a ride as people in the UK or the USA would object if wealthy people form another country were to buy up all its real estate.

when you have experienced life a little, you will realise that nobody likes to be taken for a ride, but there are a couple of points worth noting here -

firstly, p[oland isnt in the position to start fukin with anyone... and probably wont be for a while.

secondly, people in glass houses etc... if poland wasnt doing so well of other countries' backs - the uk - they might have a leg to stand on... as it is, they dont...

thridly, you might find that the number of overseas investors buying substantially in the uk is not that disimilar to those buying in poland...

We decide our future. We will manage our own country...

good to hear... carry on...

Polish man to be able to own a house within the age of 30 maximum.

wouldnt it be nice... :)

Real Estate / Where can i buy a cheap house or a flat in Poland? [43]

i dont know if house prices can go up - people just wont be able to afford them if their sqm rates reach near those of appartments.

what i wonder will happen, similar as in the uk, is that people start converting their houses into flats - a house the size of your could be converted into 3/4 good sized flats which would be, in theory, much easier to sell from an affordability perspective... and a better investment.

i also think people will start moving out of flats in the centre into cheaper places further out of town... places like wejherowo, reda, rumia are going to shoot up in price in the not too distant future... buying land and building houses in places like osowa will become more and more attractive...

... what are your thoughts...?
