Love / i love you -why say it if you dont mean it [56]

Men lie more, women tell bigger lies.

oh yeah men sure lie a lot just to get away from us or explain why they got away from us lol. i prefer if a guy is honest with me, rather than making up all those stupid little lies to 'make me feel better'. its so unnecesary. so saying 'i love you' if you dint mean it isnt a big lie?

i wouldnt go to bed with a bloke who told me he loved me and just because of that, but i know some girls do. and its so true that in a relationship men say 'i love you' to shut women up or calm them down when theyre angry. it very often works lol. they also think that this is what we want to hear so they say it even if they dont mean it... men are like a different species, no matter what nationality they are :P

Language is nae bother. There is always 'body talk' :)

i am beeing treated fairly what can not say my friends living in italy for example

i must say i have accomodated myself quite fast over here as well. its a good place to be and the life standard is so much higher. plus like you i only miss my family really, nothing else. i learnt so much since ive been here and it gave m a huge confidence boost that i managed to survive all by myself in a foreign country. i dont really think about coming back to Poland, things arent looking great over there just now and id miss the money ;). plus im engaged to a Scotsman now and id miss him too. A wee bit ;).

didn't come here for better financial opportunities, but simply for a better and easier quality of life

In the Uk I find it a lot easier and more relaxed.

people are friendly, smile, the pace of life is soooo pleasant

I don't agree with thousands of Polish people coming here, gold diggers, and sponging of the system.Yes, it is a lot easier and with the benefits POles are entilted to in the Uk it seems almost too good to be true

I feel I have a lot of more in common with the Brits than I have with the POles

I feel more British than POlish and I feel this country isn my home

damn, thats just how i feel! thats EXACTLY how i feel, i didnt think there were many Poles NOT missing Poland and always moaning about being in the UK. I kind of felt bad about being so happy and independent here and not wanting to go back, but hell its true, theres nothing in Poland i wanna permanently go back to. Good luck to you guys!
