Life / Where to buy Marmite in Warsaw? [35]

I'm coming to poland at the weekend.....seems like the black (and gold) market is there for a suitacase of Marmite....

Ha ha, Just make sure you pack the jars in your hold luggage - I was coming through Lutton this morning and they had a table with all banned items for hand luggage, water, liquids etc, but right at the front were two big jars of Marmite! - I tried to take a photo, but was was nearly wrestled to the floor by security guards as they screamed not very politely 'no fu*king photos'.

Real Estate / Estate Agents with property details and photos in Warsaw [14]

Thanks, I'll give it a try, but think we've already tried that or variations on the theme.

Found this domiporta.pl which is pretty good, though none are up to the standard of rightmove.co.uk :(

Anyway, time for czerwone wino I think! - do uslyszenia

Real Estate / Estate Agents with property details and photos in Warsaw [14]

I am surprised this hasn't been ased before - Does anyone have any links to agents websites that have property details and photos of property for sale in Warsaw.

I have tried mamdom.pl but there must be others?

A search on google only brings up a lot of international brokers that aren't based in the city. Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Gary

You can buy Marmite and Bovril at Kuchnie Åšwiata (Kitchens of the World). There are a number of branches all over Warsaw - the biggest in Arkadia Centrum).

Dzeki bardzo Mufasa.

Hey tele, glad your feeling better ...........and sorry about the avatar, but I kinda like it, so it's going to stay up for a little while longer ;)

Mmmmm, not even close.............Glasgow is where I spend most of my time. No idea where you got SA from.

I'll be in Warsaw tomorrow for a few days, so if I do find the pot of black gold anywhere I'll let you know. But judging from the comments here, no one else is really that bothered and would rather I didn't mention it again........is telefonitika out of the bathroom yet?

Actually you shouldn't be too quick to judge unless you've tried it. Most British people have the same reaction to Smalek the first time they see it! But once you've tried it you soon change your mind ;)

Lol, I think Grzegorz might have something to say about that Wildrover :)
