Love / Polish Girls Reputation [231]

Nika is right. How can you know anything about it?

You seem to be on autopilot, a 'sad git' looking down on Polish girls at all times. Exactly what I was talking about in my initial post.

Hmm....here is an extract from one of your posts in another thread:

'What you are saying sounds just like what I have head 100 of times from Polish girls. And yet each of them failed to prove Alex point wrong: that in many ways THEY ARE "all the same".'

Does that not contradict everything you have written here? LOL

ou are not a Polish girl and you will never understand how it hurts...

I realise that I can never understand. But I have met Polish girls who are either unaware of it or unaffected by it. Of course, they live in Poland, so I guess it's different for Polish girls living abroad.

Love / Techniques for meeting Polish girls [68]

As I wrote earlier, English girls seem to have the worst reputation in Mediterranean countries, as far as being promiscuous is concerned. I found the stories a little hard to believe at first since I was brought up in England, and I tend to avoid the southern tourist resorts in the summer. By comparison, Polish girls are pretty tame.

I've also heard that Germans and Swedes are pretty bad when on holiday. At home, it's a different story.

I wasn't talking about how quickly they went to bed. I meant that it was very easy for almost any foreign guy to attract and sleep with a girl at that time.

Right or wrong, the reputation is what it is. You can't change that. All you can do is just not take it seriously. Personally I don't really think about it till a girl reveals to me her complexes, saying stuff like 'I'm not easy'/'don't think I'm easy', etc. But if a girl is confident in herself, unaffected by what other people think of her nationality etc, then I don't think about her as 'a Polish girl' and the 'negativity' that goes with it.

No, no, no. Why do some nationalities have a worse reputation than others? Is it totally random? How can it be?

I find it ridiculous to think that women are unfaithful or easy because they are Polish.

Where do you think the reputation comes from then? As Luke says, during the transition period (the so-called 'golden times' for ex-pats in E.Europe), Polish girls were infatuated with foreign men and 'gave it up' a little too easily.

I hate people that generalise, if you are an intelligent person you don't judge people by where they come from

Like it or not, people who come from a certain cultural background do share particular characteristics. If you are intelligent, you know that it's just a generalisation and doesn't apply to everyone. If you make comments such as 'people are different everywhere'/'you can't generalise', etc. that's just politically-correct tosh.

when Poland joined the EU, because finally he would get some and lose his virginity

Do you realise the reputation of English girls in Mediterranean countries? Far, far worse than Polish girls'. In Greece, for example, when guys compare their successes with women, they often don't count the English girls. :)

In fact, I know a Portugese guy who moved to the UK partly because of the reputation of English girls in Portugal. Obviously, he was a little disappointed to find them less promiscuous in the UK...but the point is that you English girls are not really in any position to slag off Polish girls for being easy. And many young Greeks, Italians, Spanish, Portugese have lost their virginity to English holiday tarts.

I dont think it was, you were talking about women in a very ungentelmanly fashion, do you want me to give you a run down on English men?

Ha ha..this whole post is actually more insulting to Polish women than anything I or anyone else here could ever come up with :) Nice work. Anyway, I wasn't writing for you dear. What are you doing on this thread anyway? And if you are going to be here, at least stick to the topic and contribute something useful.

By the way, I have no English blood, I don't really identify with being English and I've been living in Poland before the EU expansion, so all your comments were a waste of effort.

Alx, as an English woman, I can say hand on heart that most English woman would avoid you at all cost in a bar

I think I would avoid them first :)

you sound like a right cock.

Why? because I tell it like it is without the politically-correct bullsh*t? I believe the poster wanted real advice on picking up girls in Poland.

Oh, and very often if a girl does tell you that she isn't an 'easy Polish girl', it usually means that she is :) - you just have to work her the right way.

Personally, though, I find it a bit offputting when they say that.

If you have been picking up girls before there is no difference in Poland than anywhere else :)

Not true as far as foreigners are concerned. Lots of Polish girls, especially in touristy cities like Krakow, know very well why many foreign guys come to Poland and will be keen to show you that they are not 'typical, easy Polish girls'. Some of them are really paranoid about this. Also, in recent years, many horny Italian guys (loveable guys that they are) have given Mediterranean guys a bad reputation. Girls are still friendly to foreigners, but not as much as in the past.

So, what can you do? Be humble, humble, humble. Also be playful and make them laugh, but don't come across as too horny, don't offer to buy them a drink and don't behave like a 'playboy' - you will send out the wrong signals. Don't talk about sex, unless she is a particular type of girl. And show some interest in the girl - many foreign guys just talk about themselves all the time, and the girls assume that they only want to fk them (which is true anyway, but I think girls like to have the illusion that there could be something more).

The 'technique' I like the most is just to be honest but in a funny way. For example, if you stop a girl on the street, ask her for directions, and then confess that you didn't need any help - you just wanted to stop and talk to her because you thought she was hot. Or just say something playful like ask a girl in at a club bar if she can buy you a drink because you heard Polish girls are very hospitable. Whatever is appropriate in the moment.

Daytime game is usually more reliable because there is no competition from other guys or distractions like loud music, their b*tch friends trying to pull them away from you, no "I must look for my friends" excuses, etc. However, you need to be feeling confident to approach them in the day.

Of course, Polish girls' behaviour is not always so predictable and there are exceptions, drunk sluts, etc.... but stay away from the sexy-looking girls who like to talk to big body-builder type guys with shaved heads - you're not their type ;)
