History / Should Germany claim to be the victims in Poland? [510]

ok so maybe one intereting fact for you BB ... in place where my ansestors lived there were Germans too ... after the war all Germans were expeled by law ... but there was one family who was helping Poles during WWII ... my ansestors were members of AK so they were fighting agains Germans and this family were giving informations when Gestapo was coming or what are plans of Germans ... after the war they could stay (gov have taken their land and gave for neighbours but they gave them it back) and they stayed to late '70 they left Poland because during commie time life in Poland was really hard ... but my paretns have been to Germany to visit them and they have been to Poland ... this case show that not all Germans were expeled because they were Germans ...

Well, the Slovaks and Romanians (and Hungarians and Bulgarians) were on the Nazi Germany's side in WWII. And so were the Russians - until June 1941.

they expeled Germans too :)

yes I think we have made mistake

What I want to add ... it is funy that German nazi "F****" forgoten about his country policy in the past ... He asks why Poles didnt want to live together with them after tehy wanted to be "super" race ... killed 6 mln our citizens (3mln jews 3 mln other nationality) and asks why after teh war Poles expeled them ... not only the Poles all central European nations have done it ... Russians Czech Romanians Slovaks ... nobody wanted to look on them ... they should be happy we havent used death industry their bulid in Poland and they were only expeled ...

as to Polonisation/Germanisation/Russyfication ask Ukrainians and Lithuenians why do they prefere Poles than Russians and Germans ...

you know the thing with governments...are you egreeing with everything your gov in poland does? no matter which party just is in it? highly unlikely.in germany at this moment we have a coalition of the two biggest parties which is the worst and weakest coalition possible as there are no strong parties to oppose. our chancellor is from the conservatives so now wonder that some people in the gov think positive about the centre.does the majority of the people? no.

I dont agree with everything my gov does ... but when German gov starts to support such ideas I have red light in my head ...

where is this going now???okay it is the weekend... did you have some drinks?? :D(well... i did...)

I was part of Nazi propaganda ... it is fact ... but it was so pathetic that some authories decided to write about Polish dead camps :-)

but if you want some data your welcome

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gleiwitz_incident

The Gleiwitz incident was a staged attack on 31 August 1939 against the German radio station Sender Gleiwitz in Gleiwitz, Upper Silesia, Germany (since 1945: Gliwice, Republic of Poland) on the eve of World War II in Europe.

This provocation was one of several actions in Operation Himmler, a Nazi Germany SS project to create the appearance of Polish aggression against Germany, which would be used to justify the subsequent invasion of Poland.
