But The Treaty of Union was signed in 1707. Both sides have had multiple opportunities to rescind the treaty but the union remains intact. In all honesty, there would be few implications for Constitutional Law but the process of ostracising wouldn't be that hard. We have different legal systems after all.

It's strange that I found a bar in Aberdeen with 20 or so different vodkas and I can't find such a thing here.
What's stranger is finding Johnnie Walker Blue Label in a small Japanese city but not seeing it in Scotland.
