once Ash read all your comments- would you even think of him willing to make friends with all of us?

to be honest - i couldn't care less. i just don't like this type of arrogant, foul mouthed, insecure little men who boast about sleeping with Polish women like it was some sort of a prize, something you just HAVE to brag about on the internet and to your smelly lil mates. hello, just cos a white woman who happened to be Polish slept with you, doesn't mean you're the king of the world and a sex god. ash's girl clearly doesn't speak any English so she probably doesn't fully understand what she's gotten herself into, and i am sure she would not appreciate him bragging about their sex life on the internet. i find it disgusting, and if you muslims really were so above all the abuse and insults people keep throwing at you, you wouldn't lower yourself to using that foul language to describe what you could do to them with your penis and how that would affect them. i have seen so many asians (most likely muslims) trying to scare people with their 'enormous' cocks and talking about how Polish woman love them on this forum and i gotta say it sickens me. you can threat people with your knowledge, with your intelligence, with your talent... but with your penis? shame that apparently they haven't really got that much in their pants! must talk so big to make up for smaller things.

poor little muslim, he just asked where he could go to pray in Poland. then he got a little bit angry and, as any other insecure asian man, started talking about his *huge* cock and his illiterate Polish gf who loves it when he f*cks her. some example of a good muslim you are, ash. when i was going to uk i wasn't wondering where can i find the nearest Polish community and Polish shops, aren't you supposed to try fit in with the native people instead of isolating yourself first thing? you muslims say us white christians are scum and we shag all the time and drink but listen to yourself, you're happy to exploit some (probably not very bright) Polish woman who hardly speaks a word of English. how does that make YOU look? is that the best you can do? i don't like your attitude, in fact i don't like the muslims' attitude cos they expect everyone and everything to accomodate them, but it doens't happen when christians go to muslim countries, you can get killed for not being a muslim. anyway, i hope you do learn your lesson one day, maybe when you go to Poland and start strutting around like some muslim prince. but hey good luck, if you're half as good at fighting as you are at talking about oral sex then you should be fine.

Life / A trip to a Polish supermarket [136]

I prefer to measure things in centimeters. Gives a bigger number and makes me feel more manly.

ha ha that's a bit sad :( lol

Life / Uniformed people in Poland - explanation needed. [17]

Nothing like a girl in a uniform and carrying a gun to get the blood flowing. I have been tempted a time or two to do a runner just to get wrestled to the ground by one of them ;)

disgraceful. some of them might be pretty, but they never smile and always seem to be quite miserable and angry. i suspect they might be lesbians.

I would hate that job too but I swear that they recruit the ********* women in Poland for the positions.

yeah they are miserable cows. we had a laugh with my boyf when we went to this shop and this woman literally never lifted her head up to look at us ha ha. there was this space just in front of her to put your basket on (kinda like in poundland in uk) so we went to do that and she's like no no, take your shopping out and put the basket away. yes ma'am! she never said hello, thank you or goodbye. stoopid byatch. made us laugh tho, she was obviously having a bad day.

Now that I mentioned it however I would like to know what the laws are on them putting hands on you. In the US they can only follow you and point you out to the Police but can't touch you legally. I have seem them grab a person or two here so I am assuming they have looser laws?

i dunno about that, we were stopped maybe a couple of times at tescos in Poland but they checked our receipt and the contents of the trolley and it was fine, no touching. i have noticed that at larger supermarkets or media markt they check your receipt BEFORE you approach the gates. weird. but then when you go shopping here in UK and the gates start beeping the shop assistants don't bother to go check it out (if there's no security guard working there). they say just go, it's broken ha ha. those gates sometimes beep when you get IN to the shop ha ha. it's also funny how in UK when you bleep at the gates there is a message that you might have a label on your shopping that wasnt scanned/removed, and in Poland they instantly treat you like a thief!

I sure wouldn't follow a guy into a back room...not a good idea for a girl especially...no witnesses.

that biedronka is in my hometown in Poland, everybody knows everybody so he sure wouldn't try anything stupid. it was just embarassing that's all.

In the bigger stores in Poland is it normal to have 23 checkouts but only ever about 7 in operation (like it is here)?

depends on the time of the day, but i gotta say that when there is loads of people around all the tills will be opened. it's not like in tescos in uk when they frantically start ringing a lil bell when they see that quite a large queue forming. tescos, out of all the supermarkets in uk, in my opinion is the worst. and i hate the self check out tills, they are always broken!

Life / A trip to a Polish supermarket [136]

When I went to Poland 12 years ago I committed a crime apparently by absent-mindedly stepping into the store without a shopping basket (damn those stupid useless western habits :)). The security guy came over and said that I have to leave immediately or he will escort me out.

yeah i remember that, not so long ago you were not allowed to get into a store without a basket. that stupid security guard obviously had nothing better to do cos it's not a crime. they probably thought that you weren't gonna buy anything if you don't have a basket ha ha. i hate those stupid security guards in Polish supermarkets. i was in Biedronka once and i put a few things in my basket, went to the till and just before i was about to get served i put one thing on the side cos i thought i didnt want it anymore. i packed my stuff into my bag and was just about to leave when this idiot security guy told me to follow him to this room (zaplecze lol) i was like why and he said no questions follow me. so i did and i asked what's this all about and he said he saw the contents off my basket before i went to the till and one thing was missing (so i probably nicked it). i told him i put it away and he can go and check, so he did and came back with the slimiest smile on his face telling me he was sorry. i was furious, so humiliating! i haven't gone to that shop for over a year after that incident ha ha.

Life / Deadly Roads - "Are polish roads really THAT dangerous?" [139]

I've been reading the thread and i totally agree. The roads aren't great but it's the drivers who are the problem. When we were driving back from Warsaw in the rush hour there was so much traffic the cars hardly moved on both lanes, someone tried to join one of the lanes but the men in the cars standing there (taxi drivers they were) kept shouting spierdalaj dziadu at that poor bloke. What difference does it make if you let one car in in front of you, i'm not a driver but i find this crazy. It's like they own the road they're on, once they're on it you cannot squeeze in front of them to join the traffic, or God forbids you overtake them cos they will follow you and drive right on your ass untill you nicely give them room to overtake you, and then they will slow down again. There are so many drivers like that in Poland it's just scary. Or waiting at the pedestrian crossing, no way the cars will stop when they see people waiting, you have to wait till there are no cars going from either sides, THEN you can cross. There are those 'black marks' on some roads that tell you how many people got killed there, but instead of those places becoming safer the number on the sign seems to get higher everytime we go that way. Oh and there is this speed meter somewhere on the way to Warsaw, it's not a speed camera but it told you how fast you were going and if you were going too fast it said slow down. But the drivers would make up this game to go as fast as you possibly can, i mean you could see people cheering in the cars if the screen displayed a big red slow down! And as for drink driving... It happens a lot, i think it's still quite a big problem over there, quite a few of my relatives and family friends got killed due to drink driving. Why do people in Poland treat driving like some sort of a competition where you must go as fast as you can, don't show any respect for other road users and there is nothing that can stop you to get into the car, be it you had too much to drink or you have 6 people trying to get into a maluszek...

Real Estate / BUYING A HOUSE IN POLAND.. and having the seller strip it bare.. [12]

I read an old posting by Sean bm about the people he bought a house from turning up to remove anything and everything including door handles etc..

yeah happened to my folks, the bloke came in and started taking all the lightbulbs, door handles etc., when he asked if he could take the water boiler my dad told him to get the feck out ha ha. he got back to my folks a couple of months later asking if they would sell the house back to him. so sad.

Life / COFFIN PHOTOS FROM POLAND? [11]

i remember my nan had a picture of her mother in a coffin. but we haven't taken my nan's picture when she died... don't think it's a very common thing to do, you don't really want to have pictures of your dead relatives in your photo album :/
