Which Bończa do you mean? Bończa Krasnostawski, Lubelskie, or Bończa Lubasz, Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki, Wielkopolskie.
If she was living in Bończa Krasnostawski, Lubelskie and she was sent to a concentration camp then it would be almost certainly Majdanek, located in the suburbs of Lublin.

However, the problem is that most records were destroyed.
My wife's grandmother was in Majdanek and she had major problems trying to prove that she was incarcerated there, because of the small amount of documentation.

You may be able to find and transport document that is located at the local government archives.

I found this site fpnp.pl for tracing Polish victims of Nazism. Don't know if it will help.
