Hello..I'm not really sure, if this topics right her..bur I try...

I met a guy called Witold Semkowicz in Vienna. The last few years he lived (as far as I know) in London. Last week he returned to Great Britain. It would be great, if somebody knows him or could give me some contactdetails..however.

I'm searching a guy called Witold Semkowicz. He is polish, but lives in Great Britain...as far as I know in london. If somebody can help me to find him or has ideas, how/where I can search...thank you!

-WICZ is normal for polish surnames, my surname ends with -wicz as well

Doesn't the -wicz suffix have a connection to Ukraine?
