I really like the Polish salads (surówki I think) and have tried to make them at home, the dressing I was told to use was oil, vinegar and sugar, but they're just not the same as I've tasted, I'm missing something. The ones I like are........... Fasolka szparagowa, Kapusta biala, buraczki, Kapusta pekinska.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to make these please?

Kapusta biala and buraczki you can buy in a Polish store (in jars).

Kapusta biala

Hi, thanks for that, I have bought the kapusta before, but it wasn't as nice, tasted a bit of Saukraut, and I don't like that. The Pizzeria we go to in Poland make great surowki.

I love the recipes from this site.
It’s in polish but if you have trouble reading it someone will help you.
I’m sure you will find your favorite one.
Anyway here’s the link to the salads page.
