Living with polish family to learn Polish language - any such programs?

I'm thinking of moving to poland to spend times there and learn polish language.and since I think it would be most effective way is living with polish family (non speakers of English)!! is there anything like that in Poland??! do you know any program or institute arrange such a thing ?!! what would I expect to spend in 3 months.thanks

thanks telefonitika, I usually use gooogle, but I was asking cause I thought it's like here in Syria, many families in certain district accomodate forigns and they are not on internet , but you can ask locals and they will poin them to you ...thanks alot for the time you gooogled that for me:-)
