LOOKING FOR A RECIPE ON POLISH BREAD

Hi, I'm new to this website. My aunt used to make the best polish bread; unfortuantely, her recipe died with her. As I am not Polish, I don't know how to spell it, but it sounded like KOWATZ. I'm sure that's not correct. All I remember is it was a round bread, and had farmers cheese and egg on the top of it. It was absolutely the best bread ever, and I would like to be able to surprise my family with it. Any ideas?

I have two recipes for this bread...and I too spelled it Kowatz. One recipe is from my aunt who made it at Easter and one from a friend's mother. It's absolutely delicious especially with a nice amount of butter slathered on it! No calories here!!
