I used to get this delicious bread in the Hatfield,Ma area all the time and now most of the local bakeries have closed and those that remain don't have a clue my only resource lately has been hit or miss at Polish Church Bake sales. Please help with any recipes.

a few recepies on cooks.com, but still not was i was looking for , the one i remember used ground poppy seeds. !

come to Pennsylvainia, quite commom here.
my grandmother made this for holidays;i now carry on the tradition.i must make 40 or more at christmas an that is just for family.i made the mistake of making some for a small b&b last summer, so i taught them how to make them.i also make then in black walnut.do you want the recipe?i caution you it is very time consuming but worth the elbow grease

The last time I had it was at my bapci's in Trenton,NJ and
