The lower jaw, so that's what you call it ;) ;)

Hmm...you are stretching the boundaries of the lemon but each to their own. It's cheap and cheerful.

Try Worcestershire Sauce on beef.

What what? It's a sauce, not a burger. I'd love to try American beef. Aberdeen Angus is said to be the best in Europe, it's from my home city and I love it. I've also tried Kobe beef which is said to be the best in Asia. Both are immense!

Argentinian beef also ain't bad.

You don't wanna hurt me? Sheesh, what methods were you thinking of? I shudder to imagine.

A-1, I've heard of this. Many Americans have mentioned it here. Is there only 1 type?

1-2 tablespoons of sugar

Wow! That’s a loooot of sugar :)

I'm doing Martha Stewart recipe

6 spoons of olive oil
3 spoons of balsamic vinegar
1-2 spoons of mustard
Mix it well and add oregano (put some on the palm of your hand and rub with the other hand, that's the way Italians do it), pepper, sprinkles of sugar and salt.

good one girl... thanks.... :)

yes, 1-2 tablespoon of sugar seems a lot but you don't have to necessary add it, and it won't loose its taste...

gaucamole

guacamole WITH chips is awesome!!
:)

You guys don't have gaucamole chips? I know that gaucamole is usually separate. Wasabi chips are awesome. I pigged out on them in Hiroshima. Hours at the internet cafe.

Healthiest Chip Dip In the World

2 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon black pepper

half a red bell pepper
1 avacado
2 small bunches of kolendra... (cillantro?)
some fresh oregano, (for taste) half a bunch, usually for me
5 cloves of garlic
1 tomato

-Blend together with a bit of water, and voila...

Don't have to eat this with chips.. I have been in the habit of eating it by itself. It is a perfect immune booster.

You might find it a bit thick.. Oh, and I forgot, add some water to the recipe... usually need some when you are blending it up.

I wouldn't say so, I do the same with lime...use it for everything!

What what? It's a sauce, not a burger. I'd love to try American beef. Aberdeen Angus is said to be the best in Europe, it's from my home city and I love it. I've also tried Kobe beef which is said to be the best in Asia. Both are immense!

Aberdeen Angus is bloody marvellous beef. It actually really annoys me when places in Glasgow serve Kobe beef...such a waste of a great raw material we have.

American beef is really nice, you won't find it in many places in Europe because they use growth hormones which are illegal here. It's bloody lovely though, really tender.

I never found deep fried fish in Poland. Basically traditional fish and chips is healthy enough if you don't eat the chips or the batter. That's what keeps the fat.

I would say that Polish food is much healthier than british, it's the balance in the Polish diet. Yes, there is a good amount of fat. But the problem in the British diet is that fat is seen as such a bad thing and so have replaced it with carbs. Carbs give short term energy so if you don't use them quickly then they will turn to fat. If you eat fat then it's long term energy, it keeps you full for longer and you have all day use it up. There is no balance in the UK.

what if they (carbs) run away from your plate?

youre right cardno,,,,,,the title of this thread is crap, I am sure Polish understand "healthy" eating better than us, judging by the amount of total lardarses in UK, and I dont mean

"could lose a bit"!!!!!!!!

All the better for you. Carbs are a food for a different lifestyle. If you are in hospitality or an athelete or work in a physically demanding job then carbs are great. Office workers getting pasta for lunch is a terrible idea.

The fact that a british person started this thread when we have one of the highest obesity rates in Europe...i personally found that hilarious.

Is the food up north really so different?

What food, seanus???? The dear leader is starving his own people. North koreans are smaller and less developed than s. koreans.

do not dare mock North Korea diet, for every day I wake at 4:30am to sound of military marching music, do 150 push ups (one hand each) then eat one raw pigeon egg plus one carrot and one handfull wild mushrooms which grow in countryside. then I drink water, while immediate after breakfasting I march to work, happy to do my duty for betterment of the collective.

So you have the internet in n. korea??
:D

I moved to Poland 5 months ago and I dropped 2 pants sizes smaller and my boobs got smaller the first two months being here. I am from the land of cheese and I don't eat much cheese in Poland do to my high standards of cheese tastes. Beef is hard to come by and I hate pork. I eat more chicken and fish. And I walk everywhere I go or take a train to far places. I haven't seen many large people in Poland. Everyone walks everywhere, So if they are eating unhealthy crap, they are burning it off or have excellent metabolism. Polish ppl are naturally smaller.
