Ordering Polish Food Online

Hello All:
I was thinking of ordering some polish food online and in my search I saw thes places

polisheats.com
polana.com
igourmet.com

Does anyone have any experience ordering from these companies and if they are reliable and also have traditional polish food? I am always a lil sketchy of ordering so any feedback would be appreciative. I live in florida now and can not find any good polish food , where when I lived up north there were a few good deli's I used to go to. I think I may be forced to order online now? thoughts ?

I would be interested in that myself. I know there are few good Polish stores in Florida. The prices online are about 2 times higher than in Chicago stores though. I wonder if they use any special freezers or something to ship the food to a hot state like Florida? Not sure how long the shipment takes. I think they suck out the air and foil everything. The sites you mention advertize quite aggressively online; it seems polana.com has been around for the longest time. If you try it, please post your experience.

I grew up in Garfield Hts., Ohio where Peter's Deli (PolishEats.com) is located. Whenever we are in the Cleveland area I place an order of fresh and smoked kielbasa, smokies and Sophie's pierogies to take back. Our family has always enjoyed their food.

I ordered from Polana.com once and it was very expensive. Not bad food but way too expensive.
