Hi I got a recipe from a girl in work yesterday and made it tonight and it was lovely, but Im at a loss as to its name. Its like a layered pie. Its made by basting a pot with lard and putting in a layer of potato then a layer of onion sprinkled with some salt and pepper then some carrots beetroot in on that some sausage more potato and some lard on top. Leave on medium heat for 40-50 mins and you've got the perfect dish but Ive no idea what its called.
