I want to make a backyard BBQ with Polish foods. I know how to grill Kiszka. What else would make this a party? Thanks.

"Sałatka Jarzynowa" - great with BBQ-meat
You'll find some recipes through google and it's quite easy to make, but you'll be better off buying a ready-made salad in a polish shop so you'll know how it is supposed to be once you try to make it yourself.

And of course salt-dill pickles. You cut them twice crosswise trough, and serve.
"Krakowska słucha" thin cut and like kiełbasa wedzona or wiejska thick cut.

"Kisiel" for the kids.

True, it's one of my favorite Polish dishes. But you really need seler (celery root, the stalks just aren't the same) and I don't know if that's easily available in the US (except maybe in Polish stores).
