Easy recipe for a polish meal please

Can someone give me an easy recipe for a polish meal (soup or dinner dish) so that I can prove to my polish boyfriend that I can cook. Thank you.

take 3 links of kabasa, stick them in a pot, add 4 peeled potatoes { med. sized} and a jar of vlasic sour kraut. cover, then put in oven at 300 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours. great polish dinner. kaz
