Can someone tell me that the expiration date on bread like Tost, is that the sell by date or indicates the times it expires??
Please let me know..Thanks.

it is expired when it smells fungous. If you keep it in a dry warm place it will dry out and you could wet it and eat it on demand.

Tost is what's written on top of the package made by Shulstad. They have different type pf varities like whole wheat, multigrains etc. The expiration date is always week from the time of purchase, so was wondering if that is the sell by date or the time when it expires.

I often find that because of the packaging this bread is often spoilt by condensation. Don't you just squeeze the loaf to see if it's fresh ?
