Polish Appetizers at my wedding?

I would like to have Polish appetizers served at my wedding. Does anyone have any receipes?

Polska kielbasa? Or eggs with mayonayse.

Wow the Poles are know for their "przekaski". Go to the library and pick up any Polish cookbook and you will see many - a lot are very time intensive and complicated but I'm sure you can find some delicious ones for your Wedding.
