Poster's gender not included - bad for translations.

Either I'm blind or the poster's gender (sex) is no more stated in the threads, you have to go each time to their profile to check it.

I know it can be explained in various ways (admin, please, explain your motives!), it's simply annoying for those of us helping with translations in Polish, as we don't know which grammatical gender to use and checking user's profile every time is too time consuming.

So I'd like to hear what the reasons for this change have been, is it really necessary (some legal issues with user's personal data) or is just an anti-sexist PC?

Other thing: the date and time of the post should (in my humble opinion) be better visible (larger font or in bold or simply darker, the current colour, light grey, makes them much harder to notice).

I agree with this. The faded gray color is hardly noticeable.

LOL, right. Thanks, vaffanculo.
Too many changes recently in the site lay-out, I can't follow all of them.
Anyway thess symbols are too small for me :)

Edited (Added):
And Mali's post shows another thing: misquoting (those were my words) - because it would be better if those links (edit, reply, quote) remained somewhere within the post's area, not running loose between posts, so you can easily click the wrong one, under someone else's post.

Right, exactly as based on your [polishforums.com/archives/2009/feedback-23/new-right-sided-layout-discussion-20416/21/] - own experience.

Admin changed this just after I commented on how I approved of both 'quote' and 'reply' being in the posters' boxes. He does it on prurpse you know.

Sorry!

Where was that? Maybe here: polishforums.com/new_right_sided_layout_discussion-23_20416_20.html#msg398052.

The only change I'd now suggest is putting the posters' details back on the left, with the date, time and quote button, etc. aligned to the left.
