PF.com - The Free iPhone App :P
Oh ok, 99cents App.

Reference the Facebook App for iPhone as what it could be like.
I know Facebook is different. I mean how FB on the net versus over the App is worked.
It's a nice adaptation.

I'd be able to post more this way as I'm always on the go.

daffy D :)

I probably will sound very silly, but are you showing that on an MP3 phone (IPhone) that you can read and reply to threads?.
How much should/does it cost?.
Should/does it include free monthly minutes?.

I would like to know more but not be charged, if you know what?.

I'd be able to post more this way as I'm always on the go.

Where do you go?

Im saying it would be cool if there was one.

At present i'd have to use the native web browser (safari) on the iPhone and the user interface would just make it be, a bit of a chore. Like it would be to facebook.

But, FB came up with a user friendly App, I use that a bit as im on the go and love the iPhone. I miss PF.com and I think, if we had an App, i'd post more :D

Could you dumb it down, please?.
For our,
cough,

less technologically advanced viewers.

I'll try, I am a robot after all ;)

On the iPhone, you can access the internet via a web browser called safari (apple's version of Internet Explorer or Firefox).

It's generally pretty good but its a small screen and you have to zoom in and out a lot which affects the user experience.

So some sites create an iPhone friendly version of the website or an App(lication).
The App, is a possible revenue generating source for PF.com however.
And can be designed to allow a better mobile experience of PF.com

Hope this helps.

It can be like many other sites where it recognizes the mobile device and automatically shows m.polishforums.com for example.

I sometimes tether my windows mobile cell phone with my laptop to us the internet. It's not as fast as iphone 3g, but it works fine. But for some reason, when I'm using this, PF doesn't work properly. I can view the site, but I couldn't post. When I hit post, it just shows the home page.

Yea that would be cool too
I'm thinking that at 99cents an app it would be a small earner and that when people search polish on the iTunes store you'd get a result. As if you do it now you get a few dictionaries etc.

I would love a m.PF app for my iPhone......if they made it a moble version, it would work great and be easy to use (especially with the 3G network)

I wouldn't. I'm busy enough as it is, and when people invite me or come along themselves, you won't ever see me play with my mobile phone.

:)

Just my personal opinion where it concerns me, but if it would benefit you guys as a team, then I'd say go for it!
