What is the salary of a cleaner in queen boutique hotel in Krakow or in any other restaurant or hotel?

I am applying for poland. my agent said that i will get paid 8 euro per hour as a cleaner in queen boutique hotel. but i am confuse about the rate of my salary. can anyone please tell what is the truth about salary in queen boutique hotel in krakow or any other hotel. i will be very glade, thank you

I dont think so.He mentioned agent* which usually are from south east asia,who help these poor guys get visa and come and as a general impression of eu they think all EU uses euro.Infact I meat a paki girl who told me she was on student visa and barely can make it in Warsaw.She came cuz she thought poLAND* was something similar to engLAND*(lol the land factor confuses some there)

You misheard for sure. He said 8 PLN, gross. That's minimum wage. 8 Euro an hour for a cleaner is pure fantasy. If he said that, he's trying to rip you off. Run, don't walk away.

and for sure it is not 8e it is 8zl, hell of a difference.

Depends where he is coming from and what are his priorities.

Don't come to Poland. 8 PLN is minimum wage and not worth moving for. And if you're offered more than that for a cleaning job, then something is seriously wrong, and it is probably a scam. In any case, it is not worth pursuing this opportunity any further. It's going nowhere.

I doubt it - that is the minimum wage and with unemployment in krakow around 7 percent then why pay more for an entry level job ? 13 zloty if you are lucky would be the maximum.

No i am not in krakow so i might have underestimated the riches available

It is very low. Too low for you to be able to live and to pay off your airfare to Poland and your visa fees. But that is beside the point. You would never get a visa, because no hotel or restaurant is going to go through the trouble and expense of getting work permission for a lowly housekeeper or waiter from Bangladesh, and the work office will not issue work permission because there are already tons of unemployed Polish people who would be eager to take the job. So you would never be granted a visa to Poland. You would be wasting your money even trying.

Sorry, but your plan of coming to Poland is completely unrealistic. Forget about it. Wages in Poland are far too low to make such a move worthwhile.
