Working in Poland as an Italian native speaker teacher (I took the CEDILS certification), is it possible?

Hi guys!
I am a 21 years old italian boy from Catania. I'd like to move in Poland, maybe Kraków or Wrocław, and find a job in this city.

In November I will get my degree, I studied italian studies, I made two internships in two school (about 50 hours each one) and I took the CEDILS certification to teach the Italian as L2 or LS but actually I know just few sentences in polish (I can introduce myself and ask general questions, that's all).

Is it possible to get any job opportunity in my field in this case (Moreover I speak English and German)? Could anyone give me any tips about that?

I really thank you,
Antonio.
