Teaching / Psychology jobs in Poland

Hello,

I am considering moving to Poland (Silesia area, but open to more places) trying to diminish distance to my girlfriend - polish.

How hard is to find a job in Poland before speaking proper polish?

I am (C2) fluent in English and Spanish, being portuguese the maternal language. I am Master in Forensic Psychology, and have 5 years degree in clinical psychology.

Should I look for teaching jobs, or Human Resources in some company? Or any other suggestion?

Any advice would be highly apreciated

It's not hard at all if you want to teach languages or work in outsourcing/SSC. Other than that it's very hard.
