Salary for an experienced professional in an MNC (Lodz / Warsaw - Poland)

Hi. I would be getting a transfer in my current Company, from India to Lodz. The Company is an MNC. I am an Engineer by qualification and have 16 yrs of work experience. In India my current salary is around Euros 4000 before tax per month. So, when my Company transfers me to Lodz, what compensation should I expect! Thanks for the inputs

I don't know, but you should be lucky when they give you the same amount in netto pay. Expect harsh taxation in Poland...

If you get less than 20,000 PLN gross (13,000 PLN net), it would hardly be worthwhile coming to Poland. Ask for 25,000 PLN gross, and don't be sad to turn them down if they don't accept.

I have a job opportunity with one of the MNC'S with $3000 USD gross as monthly pay.

Few questions.

- will I be able to get a two bedroom apartment for rent in Warsaw for 700 USD?

- what is the standard income tax and other deductions?

- If I have a work permit, is my wife allowed to take a full/ part time job?
