Questions about Overseas Resident Applying Flight Attendant Based in Poland

Hi there, I am from Hong Kong and working as a flight attendant. I would like to know is it possible for me to be a flight attendant based in Warsaw. I am still seeking information at the moment... I only know the Wizz Air and LOT Polish Airlines, I am not sure if I can, for example, work for British Airways but living at Warsaw. I would be grateful if someone could tell me more about it. Thanks a lot and have a nice day!

Some BA staff do live abroad even though they're based at Heathrow, although I'm not sure if any live as far as Warsaw. I've heard of Heathrow-based cabin crew living in Paris and Amsterdam. There is (I think) a rule about how long it takes you to travel if you're called into work. You're best bet is to ask on a forum for cabin crew.

Yes, it's doubtful if they would allow Warsaw because there's simply not the frequency of flights compared to runs to Amsterdam or Paris.

Your best bet is Ryanair or Wizzair. You could also try Enter Air, Small Planet Airlines and Smart Wings, but you might run into difficulties with the language issue there.

An outside bet could be to try Nordica, as they use English as a common language onboard.
