Actually I m just thinking the wage difference in UK and Paland is too much. In UK they earn 4 or 5 times more than what we earn here. What u think not most of the skilled people from here are going to other countries? will there not be any skill shortage in future here as most of young are going to other countries.

Look, each individual needs to analyse his job opportunities first. Wherever they may be.

Money is a big consideration but not the only one.

What's the point earning more money if its purchasing power isn't all that much more and you're going to end up waking up one day and realising you're 35 years old, unmarried and going nowhere in life?

What the hell "too much" means ? The market decides about the level of wages... what in your opinion should be done ?

What u think not most of the skilled people from here are going to other countries?

What... ?

You have a point if you're talking about migration, but if you plan to work abroad on a temporary basis you might benefit from such differences.

and you're going to end up waking up one day and realising you're 35 years old, unmarried and going nowhere in life?

Oh, but it's not always a bad thing to be thirty five and unmarried you know. I know a thirty nine year old guy who has had four marriages, and five children with three different women. He always has problems with money because of his situation, and he earns twice as much as I do.

I'm careless, don't have *that* much stress so I'm reasonably happy. So it's not about where you're going, it's about how you're doing.

In UK they earn 4 or 5 times more than what we earn here.

2019
The UK minimum wage is 7.83 GBP.
The Polish minimum wage - 14,70 PLN.

GBP exchange rate to zloty - 4,79

Polish wage in GBP - 3.06 GBP. 2.55 times lower than in the UK.

Earnings is only one side of the equation. You need to factor in the expenses to make the comparison be of any use... For instance, can you buy a freshly baked roll for 18groszy (3.75pence) (Auchan) x2.55 = 10pence in the UK? Think not... And so on...
