You have to add "and work for a Polish salary". That's the important bit. That's also why you'll have a hard time finding CCIEs, CISSP/CISMs, and experienced PMs working here.

Common people

I think they are quite cultured really

Not so bad to live here

True. It's a nice place to be

-20C sometimes...

Good for snuggling up

but the most beautiful girls are here! :)

What? With you now you mean?

Overall it's an attractive package ..... but not attractive enough for me to to take a huge cut in earnings.

Hey Gleite,

I have graduated in Computer Science in Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and i was in the Erasmus program in Politechnika Wroclawska. Although i do not speak polish...

I started working on October 2008 and for six months i have been searching for work in Poland but unsuccessfully...

If you want to take a look at my CV send me a email (i have tried to send you a PM, but i can't because of forum rules)

Cheers

Exactly. There is quite a bit of work available over here, but the salaries on offer are ridiculous. Decent salaries are on rolling contracts...and they seem to roll on forever, because the positions never get filled...
