I am an indian, want to change job in poland, any idea about process?
Currently working for MNC since more than a year and got a good opportunity in another company, but not sure how to proceed.. Any suggestion will be helpful.
Do you have a work permit to work in Poland - if so, does it force you to work only for this particular employer (who may be your legal sponsor etc?) If not, changing a job should be easy - you give an advance notice, usually at least 1-2 weeks to your current employer and after that you are free to work for a new one.
