How to get EU Blue card before entering into the Poland

Hi All,

Many thanks for all support you guys are giving here.. Would like to ask few queries on EU Blue Card - Poland and Poland work permit ..

What will be the requirement to get the EU blue card -Poland if non EU resident applying from other countries ..

if you get the Poland work permit at first, How long it will take to convert this Poland work permit to EU - blue card and what are the requirements and steps to follow in this conversion..

Could any one please explain on this queries, I searched a lot in internet and could not be able to find info on this.

According to this, you need a work permit or binding job offer before you can apply for the card:-

According to Wiki:

"Acquisition of Blue Card has the following requirements. The applicant must have a work contract or binding job offer[14][15] with a salary of at least 1.5 times the average gross annual salary paid in the Member State. A Blue Card acquirer must present a valid travel document (and in specific cases a valid residence permit or a national long-term visa) and documents proving the relevant higher professional qualification.[16]"
