Nowhere in my post did I say that it is the English language, which prospective employers may seek. Please read my posts carefully. The Indian population speak at least 25 different languages and business may be connected with firms speaking one of those languages. Do not assume that ALL business is connected in the English language.

They cant find polish IT guys for those jobs, because a polish IT guy talented and experienced enough to make 10000-15000 a month in poland, is away , in germany, UK, switzerland making 10-15k pln in a week. Btw i got offer of 13000 zloty gross , im a non EU and refused the offer. I would take for 17-20k zloty gross if they did.

Those job are in IT and financial services mostly.
If you are making a 300 millon usd IT transformation, you expect to get good talented specialists and solution managers. Most swiss and USA-UK banks have operating centers in poland can offer good packages

Who the фцчк аяе you to tell me shut up ? I m a 10 years experienced IT consultant with friends all over europe working in giant bluechips, i am well aware of the situation and salaries , most talented polish are in UK , holland , germany, swiss now . I know some contractor java developers making 800 gbp gross a day. I have seen many slavic talented developer working on derivative and FX in london finance sector. If you are a polish IT specialt and complain about your wage , just seek for better job, dont blame indians . I mostly dont select indian developers as source for my projects as i dont like the quality of work done by them. Companie hire them becoz there s no better cheaper resource

I'm a person, who knows your "rationalization" here doesn't have much to do with reality. Most of Indians are dragged to Poland by like 10 corpos and usually they are not even typical IT guys but "business consultants" of less common modules of business Apps etc. so much for "not enough IT talent left". It's just a matter of incorrect HR policy at several corpos, noting else.

Merged: Szczecin: Is 10700 PLN gross enough?

Hi,

I have been offered 10700 gross/month in Szczecin for an IT position. Will this be enough to live comfortably with wife and 3 yr old son?

We expect to be able to save, travel ocassionaly and live simply but comfortably.

Thanks

10700 gross/month in Szczecin for an IT position.

It's way above average what exactly you'll be doing?

that's a little bit above average for IT. Any developer with couple of years of experience and who knows what he's doing would manage to get that kind of salary,
