Authenticity of offer in Poland (admin / cashier vacancies in shopping malls)

Hi everyone,
I am from India. Recently I have been contacted by an agency in India telling me that there are job openings in poland ( Admin and Cashier vacancies in shopping malls). They are offering upto 3500 zl (net). After reading the posts here, I highly doubt the authenticity of job offer. Since it is clear from the posts that if you dont speak polish it is highly impossible to get a job. Further,

Agency is not giving me the name of my employer till I get the visa citing the reason that i will contact the employer directly without their help.

Do anyone think it is possible for a non european to get a admin job in Shopping malls in poland ?

Kindly do reply quickly.................. It will be a lot of help to me............

So do I.

If they speak Polish well (80% of shopping mall customers in Poland do not speak any English) and already have a right to work, maybe through citizenship of Poland or another EU country (work permits are not given for jobs like that in Poland) then yes. Though there's high unemployment and therefore a lot of competition.

Try the UAE - there are more retail jobs there and you can do it as an English speaker.

The prospective employer has to apply for one and there has to be a very good reason for the state to grant one - it's usually for very specialised jobs. Remember, there are millions of unemployed people in the EU who already have an absolute right to live and work in Poland.

Plus, in two decades of living in Poland, I have never come across a sales cashier who does not speak Polish - in fact, most do not speak English.

Absolutely positive, especially if you don't speak fluent Polish. There are more than enough Poles to do these jobs and unemployment is high. Anyone who tells you that, as an Indian, you can find unskilled work in Poland is a scam artist. Steer clear of them or they will rob you.

No. This is some scam. There are some Indians working in Poland for international companies, usually in IT and accounting. But no one will bother with all the paper work to bring people across half of the world to work in retail.
