If you plan to visit the US for vacation or whatever, please don't or you will experience shock. You will be harassed by the airport molesters and the American police will jail you for nothing. It's like going 80 years back to the Nazi state. Check out this video:

Dont go there. They will harass you and relentlessly question you and may even demand fingerprints for merely crossing their holy borders. It is quickly becoming a retarded corporate fascist shithole whole the majority do not even know what is going on. I would say skip visiting this backwards war mongering terrorist state.

She was an idiot. All she needed to say was "I do not wish to speak to you." That's all she needed to say. The cop would get fired and she could have sue the department for millions. Know your rights. Girls always blabber too much.

She was warned several times before her loud mouth was arrested.

You don't know what you're on about.
There is no law broken and is against civil freedom for law officers to give orders that go against inalieable American liberties.

Eh.
It is kind of a gray area.
I can can understand why Police officers don't want to be tape recorded.
Criminals can tape record them to know which police officers arrested them so they can get revenge.

Even without recording it. Cops never know what is going to happen. Sometimes someone can be watching & then pull something on them.

but, It is just a simple woman. The Cops over reacted.

But, at the same time it is her property.

She really should have just listened & walked back.

I wish they had video cams in Polish polish cars to watch them all take bribes, but come on, your insignificant little country couldnt afford the cameras or even a decent airplane for your president.

That's a good point. Perhaps starting a thread should be allowed to members only. Those "guests" who have a serious need to begin a subject could post their thread idea in a question manner. This should help keep the gutter-dwelling, weak sycophants from.......oh, never mind.

As to the woman in the video, she is a known activist who has intentionally participated in past protests which is her right. It should however, be kept in mind that people like her are attention seekers and do these sorts of actions intentionally.

The cop was too quick to take her bait. He also overused his reason for asking her to remove herself. Cops just don't like to be video-taped.

Here is a questionnaire that needs to be given to people when they apply for a visa to the US:

Do you believe that 1 YT video, or even 100 YT videos, can represent a nation of 310+ million people?
Do you think every day here looks like a scene from your favorite gangster movie?
Do you believe the main job of our police is to harass innocent people all day long?
Do you spit the words Nazi or fascist in every other sentence without understanding their true meaning (or the difference between)?
Do you believe that the airport security was introduced for the sole purpose of touching your balls?

If you answered Yes to any question, you can't come in, you're an idiot.

corruption is present just about anywhere in Poland. If one tried to bribe a cop giving him $100.00 here, the person will definitely end up in jail. The first thing I've learned when I came to Poland was, don't worry about the cops, just make sure, you "accidentally" drop 100 PLN on your seat before you get out of your car.

They sure don't because it makes it harder to abuse or harras people but who cares wheter they do or don't like being video taped, they can change the job if they don't like it.I was in similar situation as the lady in the video,a state cop was threatening me with arrest but unfortunatelly for me she wasn't stupid enough to do so even though I disobeyed her orders.

Its much worse in America, the difference is that it is so ingrained that it is normal and accepted part of the system

Won't work nowadays - there's been so many stings on uniformed services that many of them simply won't take the risk.

Cops don't like to get filmed, because they break the law..The woman was within her rights. What was the follow up?...The cop who arrested her should have been disciplined.

In the US currently, the main role of police is that of tax collectors for the state, through traffic stops primarily...As far as protection, the cops don't do anything until the body is cold, then they hang up yellow tape surrounding the crime scene.

Also, many police have the para-military control mentality, and many are anxious to display their 'power'.

tell me, how can you determine whether it's worse here or not? The way you talk about America and I'm trying to insult you now, I would bet any amount of money that you've never even been here. Whatever you post about us, simply doesn't depict the reality here. I lived in Poland between 2003 and 2007 and I've experienced all kinds of things there, some nice and some not at all but whatever it was, I don't generally talk bad about Poland. Just to your information, crime is not a common thing in the US unless one lives in a bad area (mostly in a big city).

That from my experience depends on the area.
