Saying grace before a meal in Polish (today is Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S.) -- how

Hello all: today is Thanksgiving in the U.S. when friends and family gather to eat and celebrate. The tradition is to say "grace" before the meal. Can anyone post a prayer of thanksgiving in Polish (or in a transliteration) that I can use for the Thanksgiving dinner, or at other times when a meal is served. I am 3rd generation Polish-American -- both parents spoke Polish, but, regretfully, did not teach us children. I recall that in our family, we generally did not say grace before meals, except at special holidays like Christmas and Easter, when a communion wafer was shared among the guests.

Do Poles say grace before meals in this manner? Are there any particular prayers they recite, or is it improvised?

regards

Here's a prayer I just entered into Google translate and the result (which, of course, I cannot pronounce!)

Dear God, we thank you for this meal, for these friends, and for the beauty of this day. Bless this food and bless these people. May there always be bread on our table, water in our cups, and sunshine on our homes.

Drogi Boże, dziękujemy Ci za ten posiłek, tych przyjaciół, a za piękno tego dnia. Pobłogosław ten pokarm i błogosławi tych ludzi. Niech zawsze będzie chleb na naszym stole, woda w naszych kubków, i słońce na naszych domach.

Any Polish speakers who'd like to comment on this translation?

"Pobłogosław Panie Boże nas, Pobłogosłąw ten posiłek i tych którzy go przygotowali i naucz nas dzielić się chlebem i radością ze wszystkimi, Przez Chrystusa Pana naszego Amen."

This is the one I was taught. It means
God, Bless us, bless this meal and those who prepared it, and teach us to share bread and joy wit everybody. Through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Also your prayer is great, and translation would be enough for Polish people to understand, but it's not perfect.

Drogi Boże, dziękujemy Ci za ten posiłek, tych przyjaciół, i za piękno tego dnia. Pobłogosław ten pokarm i pobłogosław tych ludzi. Niech zawsze będzie chleb na naszym stole, woda w naszych kubkach, i słońce nad naszymi domami.
