Problem with mother in law's US visa (Warsaw interview denied her)

My wife's mother wants to come to us and be here when my wife has our baby in July.
Today the denied her visa at the interview in Warsaw. She knows almost no English and they asked all questions in English
They said since she is retired and has no other family, they think she will try to stay in the US.
My question is there anything we can do that she can come here?

uscis.gov

you need to somehow officially confirm the form after filling in

Thanks for the reply, but I don't understand completely

I thought that was for people immigrating permanently. I can fill this document, but then what, does she re apply for a tourist visa or is there some kind of appeal process?.

does she re apply for a tourist visa?[/b].

I think so, but I may be wrong here - I do not base all these on my personal experience just a short internet query (in Polish) - the affidavit gets often called Zaproszenie do USA in Polish internet

There is no appeal process. She can re apply for a tourist visa but since she was already denied once there is basically not a chance for her to get US visa.Re applying for tourist visa will be only wasting more money.

Unfortunalty, at this point there are no appeals of any kind, her best opition is to wait for 1 year and re-apply again. I am assuming she 'd applied for for cat.B-2 visa, if that's the case then she has basically no chance of obtain this this type of visa, the only way i can see is if you file a petition to sponsor her permanetly into US becouse of no other members of her family residing in Poland.

My cousin in US asked his congressman (or senator.. or some other local politician... not sure) for help after his mother in law was denied a tourist visa. And 2 months later she got her US visa.

We only want her to come for a visit when my wife has our baby, then go home. Our government is so stupid and paranoid

get creative, have her fly to Canada (where are you, Ohio?). Pick her up in Toronto and get her over the border in Mich. or NY. Pick a secluded spot. Once she's in, she's in.
