How to gain probate in Poland from UK England

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a UK based firm that assists in gaining probate of property in Poland from the UK. My mum sadly passed away and left her Polish property/land to my brother and I. I am speaking to a Polish solicitor who is helping us but wondered if there is a UK based firm that will do it all for us (obviously at a cost). I am trying to do everything remotely but fear I may have to travel with my brother to complete things in Poland. Unfortunately I do not speak Polish which makes it a little harder, however I do have a polish friend here in the UK who may be able to help.

Does anyone have any experience of this who can give me a little guidance or point me in the right direction?

Type polish solicitor london into google and you'll get plenty of hits. Your situation is very common so I'm sure they all have some experience with it. I'm also sure that there are some in just about every larger city in the UK, as well.
