After information about accessing mental health services in Leicester.

I am hoping you can help me.
I am based in Leicester, and right now I am writing a bid to try and get some funds for mental health services within the city.

There has always been a very strong Polish community in Leicester, and that has grown considerably over the last few years.
I am after any help with what people may think would be the biggest barriers towards accessing mental health services.
What are the biggest needs, and why people generally don't access mainstream services - is it down to stigma or something else.

Polish people generally do not believe that it is possible for them to have mental health problems.
