when the passport is ready in 2 weeks

Good luck with that.

But according to your ip, you are already in India.

What are the chances of that happening?

how do you comunicate with her?

A very good point. The OP had better go on an intensive Polish course, otherwise he'll find that even after spending so much money on getting married to a Polish girl the British consular staff in India will just laugh at him when he goes to apply for a visa and they find out from the interviews with his wife that she can't speak English (laugh and then blacklist his name from EU entry under any circumstances in the next ten years).

She can speak conversable english , she has worked in a hotel in uk too, so your statement is completely wrong, I am asking help not criticisation.

Let me put it this way: somebody who does not speak good enough English to be able to handle a trip to the Polish consulate in London from Birmingham is not going to be judged by UK consular staff in India to speak English well enough to communicate. If you do not speak Polish and she does not speak English, the staff at the British consulate in India are going to suspect that the marriage is a sham which has been carried out solely to get round UK immigration law and they will act accordingly.

I am asking help not criticisation.

My post was not criticism: it was a statement of fact. An application for a spousal visa made by a couple who do not share a common language is going to raise severe red flags. I hope that the two of you plan to live in India after marriage: you are very unlikely to get a visa for either the UK or Poland for a number of years.

Exactly. The whole thing may well look even fishier to the immigration authorities than it does here.

'Scuse me butting in, but why does your Polish GF not already have a passport, if she's been living in the UK? Didn't she need one to get to the UK? And doesn't the Polish Embassy speak Polish? Or just what passport is she applying for?

No,she doesnt need one to go to UK.Polish citizens only require national id to go to UK.

No, since Poland joined EU (well, few years later) she doesn't need a passport.

AHAHAHAHAHAH

Vincent sometimes is a very good Admin.

For me this looks like a pervert trying to find some girl to meet him and then when he shows, he is actually a guy with bad intentions, not a polish girl.

Be aware people.
