How can I get my Polish bank statement from abroad (UK)?

Hi there , I live in UK with my mother . We have have joint bank account in Poland bank. I need bank account statment from bank. I try online banking but I can't get online I contact with bank and bank customer service they give me new passwords but nothing works at all. How I can get my bank statment abroad? Did they can send me by post in UK? I have my UK address on our account . Thanks

You should explain that to them. It's very important to have online access to your bank account and their duty is to provide it to you.

Maybe you're doing something wrong with the password? What kind of Polish bank you have on your mind? Somebody here may have the same and maybe show you step by step how to get access to your account.

We are venturing into the unknown.
As said above, we need to know the bank, then maybe perhaps someone can help you.
I know in my bank (Alior), they send you a PIN number directly to your telephone at the time you want to open an on-line account. This is their way of ensuring that they have the right person.

Why not ring them or write them a letter to say you want a copy of your account.......or am I missing something?. I know for certain that you have to pay for each page of the account, so it is better to have the on-line banking facility as you can get copies of your pages for free.

If you cannot manage, then send an email to the bank and take it from there.
